The Cannactiva Halloween Party is here!
Halloween, also known as All Hallows' Eve, has its roots in the ancient Celtic celebration of Samhain, a festival that marked the end of the harvest and the start of winter. It was a time to honour the ancestors and ward off evil spirits. Over time, the mystical festival of Halloween has lived on, with many symbolic elements.
This year at Cannactiva, we want to pay a little tribute to this festival by preparing our orders in a special way. As well as containing CBD of incredible quality, all our orders will come with limited-edition Halloween stickers illustrated by El Marquès.
About the illustrator: El Marquès
El Marquès, the pseudonym of Adrià Ferrer Marquès, is a young Barcelona-based illustrator from the world of music, who started out as a teenager designing album covers, posters and T-shirts for bands from Spain and abroad. His style combines the graphic look of mid-century poster art with the aesthetics of printing techniques such as risograph and screen printing, blending it with the elegance of jazz album covers and a certain beatnik touch. Belle Époque meets Art Deco and rock'n'roll. A creator with an undeniably retro flavour. We hope you like the stickers he's designed for the occasion! :)
And, as always, a little dedication for the occasion:
Dying in the night, I awoke in dreams…
I discovered that the monsters feared my light as much as I feared their shadow.
That the vampire was nothing more than an introverted soul, a lover of the secrets of the night.
That what appeared to be a witch became my best friend, and that her potion was not poison, but an elixir that awakened souls.
It was there that a spirit appeared and, without saying a word, showed me everything.
And I realised that the fear of the unknown disappears when you understand its essence, its reason for being.
Since then, when I die in the night, I smile in my dreams, knowing that what I once feared is now my haven of peace.
May the Halloween be with uuuuuuuhhhh ???
.
We wish you a great Halloween party, Cannactivist!
