How to introduce hemp oil in recipes?

You can use this oil just as you would use olive oil or any other oil for dressing. We love it to dress hummus, pasta dishes, legumes or rice, salads, guacamole and vegetable creams. You can also add it to a homemade pesto sauce, in combination with virgin olive oil.

We recommend introducing hemp oil as an ingredient in your cooking, not in spoonfuls, as if it were an omega supplement. We believe that by incorporating the oil in your recipes, you will be sure to consume it regularly. Thus, your diet will be richer in omega 3.
